Dani started practising yoga in 2012 after dabbling in a variety of other physical activities, and after her first class, her limbs ached for four days, and she knew she'd found love.


After practising for two years, delving into as many styles as she could, she knew that the time had come to do her Teacher Training. Yoga helped her body and her mind, and she has fallen in love with both moving her body and being able to move her body, and the fact that she loves moving her body.

She appreciates a strong practise and will push you further than you think you can go, and you will come out feeling exhilarated and dreaming of more!
