Please note that although classes are scheduled to have a particular focus, we always teach to who is in the class. Feel free to attend any of our classes.
Beginners
Beginner’s classes are for those who have never done yoga before, as well as for the more advanced yogis wanting to work on alignment of asanas / poses.
Open Vinyasa
Open classes are designed to incorporate different aspects of yoga, including asana/poses, pranayama/breathing, stillness/meditation and yoga philosophy.
Pregnancy Yoga
Yoga means union. By practicing yoga during your pregnancy you are strengthening the bond between you and your unborn child.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic practice brought out of India by Yogi Bhajan in the late sixties. It is a
yoga that integrates and merges all yoga traditions, a “parent yoga”. Breath, sound and focus are key to the practice and put you intimately in touch with your energy and experience of life.
