Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic practice brought out of India by Yogi Bhajan in the late sixties. It is a
yoga that integrates and merges all yoga traditions, a “parent yoga”. Breath, sound and focus are key to the practice and put you intimately in touch with your energy and experience of life.

Yin yoga is a deeply grounding and calming practice, much needed in today’s ‘rat race’ society.

The focus of this class is on building strength to help support a safe yoga practice. Some of the flow sequences we teach in the other classes need strength to move through safely and most of us do not cross train. This class is designed to fill the gap so that we can enjoy the other classes more.
