A serene and tranquil studio situated in the heart of Fairlands
After many wonderful years of teaching, learning, and growing together, we are entering a new chapter for our yoga studio.
As many of you know, both Mel and Chantel are moving, and with that comes the bittersweet decision to hand the studio over. Our current schedule will still be running until the end of February at the same venue.
From March 2026, the studio will be lovingly taken over by Nicolette from Love Yoga.
This space has held so much — community, breath, strength, softness, and connection — and it has been an honour to share it with you over the years. We are deeply grateful to every teacher, student, and friend who has walked through these doors and helped shape what this studio has become.
We are very happy to be leaving the studio in Nicolette’s capable and caring hands. Her approach to yoga is grounded, heartfelt, and community-focused, and we trust that the studio will continue to be a place of practice, support, and belonging under her guidance.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us. We look forward to sharing more details as the transition approaches, and to celebrating this next chapter together.
With gratitude,
Chantel & Mel
Teachers

Our teachers are handpicked to ensure that our students get a well-rounded yoga experience on the mat. Please click here to read more about our teachers.
Managed by Chantel le Roux and Melanie McIntyre, this studio was first opened in 2011 under the name Living Yoga by Dominique Walker.
Our teachers’ kindness, friendship and compassion make the studio a very special and peaceful place to everyone who practices yoga here.
Continuing where Dom left off, we offer the studio as a haven in which to deepen your yoga practice, finding union between inner and outer worlds.
Yoga is not merely a physical exercise it is a way of life. Practicing yoga has numerous physical, emotional and spiritual benefits and is a means of balancing these aspects of self. Yoga helps to increase our awareness of the inter-connectedness of all living creation and it helps develop the coping skills needed to survive in today’s stressful world. Through the practice of yoga we learn to open our hearts and embrace life with vigour.
